About Studio Three

• Studio Three, is compromised of agencies, start ups and individuals working within the creative industry.
• We are a mix of photographers, publishers, web design studios, directors and image makers.
• As a result of this, there is often inter-studio collaborations between projects and skill sets.

About the building

• Studio 3 is located in The Print House, an iconic building managed by the non-profit Bootstrap.
• The building has its own canteen called Merci Marie, the microbrewery 40ft, Dusty Knuckle Bakery, the legendary venue OTO, Arcola Theatre and the awesome Dalston Rooftop, which you have full access to as a tenant.

• Rent is £3,300 per month for the whole space (up to 8 people) or £320 per month per desk, inclusive all bills.
• Cleaners come in twice a week.
