Im a professional in my mid 30s moving to London this April. I am looking for a temporary base while I find a more permanent solution. Im looking for an apt./house share with a fellow professional, who is respectful, friendly and hygiene-aware (Im not mental about it, just minimum standards).

I enjoy being social as well as having my own space.

- 15 April to 15 May: 4 weeks (flexible)
- Budget 600-700 p.m.
- Safe area, close to tube station
- On the quiet side, but not isolated
- Leafy neighbourhood, close to a park ideal
- Shops and cafes nearby
- 20min or less from Central London
- Sunny room with double bed
- Sharing with 1 other female professional preferred
