The flat itself is a really spacious 2 bedroom Georgian flat on the first floor; each bedroom is on a separate floor and each room has its own bathroom. It feels like you are living quite separately, so its a good flat for someone who likes their own space and independence. There is a beautiful living room with sash windows which overlook a really pretty street lined with blossom tress.

Theres a spacious separate kitchen with the usual amenities, a table and a dishwasher. Wooden floors throughout. The flat is located in Sydenham (zone 3) with excellent transport links to central London (Penge East rail station - 4mins walk and Sydenham Overground - 8 mins walk). 25 minutes door-to-door to Victoria Station on the train. Shoreditch and Brixton are really easy to get to also.

ROOM
The room available for rent is stunning. Its on the top floor and has a lovely view out over the leafy suburb that is Sydenham! It is really big and sunny - the photos dont do the space justice! The room also has a brand new en suite with shower, basin and storage. The room is furnished with a king sized bed wooden bed frame and mattress, 2 x chest of drawers, chair, and massive built-in wardrobes with external mirrors. The room has its own stairway, so feels like your own private space. There are double balcony windows, and a roof window.


ME
Youd be living with me, Emily. Im 31, female, British, and work at a creative agency in East London. Im usually out at work during weekdays Monday - Friday. I like the usual things...eating and drinking out, socialising, reading, visiting galleries etc etc. I go out maybe once/twice on a week night, but like to have early nights generally in the week as Im up for work early on week mornings. I like the odd glass of wine at home, listening to music and reading books (more so than watching TV). Come the weekend, I become a bit more adventurous :)

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR
Looking for someone who is relaxed, but who is also clean and tidy and respects the space they live in (particularly the shared spaces). This is definitely not a party flat! Ideally you would have your own social life and will know London.

While the room would be big enough, I dont want to live with a couple.
