Individual Or Couple For Double En Suite In Bow
⭕ Hello! Im looking for a couple to move into the double en sutie room of a Bow flatshare. The room is available to move in on March 12th.
Im a 26-year-old American professional from a small quiet mountain town in Colorado. I work in clinical research for neurodegeneration (so Alzheimers Disease, Parkinsons Disease, etc.). Ive lived in London for about 6 years now and love the diversity of the city. The couple I moved into the flat with a year ago has recently gotten engaged (woot!) and have bought a flat together to start a new chapter in their life, so Im in the market for new flatmates!
THE FLAT
The master bedroom is en suite and is furnished with a double bed, dresser, and wardrobe. The flat is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has a shared living room, an entry way balcony, and another private balcony as well. The flat has recently been repainted and is in fantastic condition. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer washer/dryer combo unit, and electric stovetop.
The landlord is highly responsive and very considerate as well! Hes been willing to replace furniture and recently replaced the boiler with a far more energy efficient model.
THE AREA
The flat is located in Bow, just a 7-minute walk to Bow Road Station (District / Hammersmith and City) and Bow Church Station (DLR). Mile End Station (Central Line) is a 15-minute walk and is serviced by the night tube. There are also good bus routes into central London from the 25 bus and the 8 bus.
There is a local 24-hour Co-op near Bow Church as well as a large Tesco only 5 minutes walk on Roman Road. The Roam Road market is set up every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and Victoria Park is only 10 minutes from the flat! There are tons of great bars, cafes, pubs, and shops accessible in the area as well!

Security Deposit £1280 (£640 per person)
Admin Fee. £400 (£200 per person)
Rent £1000/month (£500 per person)
Bills approx. £60/month (approximately £30 per person)
