Theres a bus stop just outside the blocks with 14, 14c and 27 routes that will zip you into town.

Youll be snug and cosy in winter thanks to the effective secondary glazing, and in summer, a minutes walk from the Dyke road park where you can enjoy the sun as you picnic on the lawn or take drinks / coffee and food at the cafe. Preston park is also only 10 minutes away and a great place to go jogging, cycle or play sports.

Your room features a 40 inch Samsung Smart HDTV and includes NETFLIX & AMAZON PRIME.

Relax as all the cleaning is taken care of. Your rent includes cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and hallway. In addition, we will vacuum your room once a week, wash your bed linen and re make your bed. All you have to do is strip your bed once a week ready to be laundered. The only thing you have to clean is your clothes.

Just opposite the blocks is the lovely Dyke Road Park with fully licensed cafe and outdoor amphitheatre which hosts plays and concerts.

Currently youll be sharing with Ivan, life long hippie, friendly atheist, film maker and his wife Temi and our son Ti Woody.

We all get on very well, like a clean & tidy flat which is smoke and pet free.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you could wish for including a washer/dryer and separate tumble dryer. If you love coffee, theres a Delonghi real coffee machine that youre welcome to use. It even has a milk frother!

If you, like us, are a cyclist, there is a lockable bike shed to store your bike. What more could you want?

There is off street parking if required (first come first serve) and a visitors permit. If you require permanent parking, the permit is £100 extra per month.

I operate a strict first come first serve basis.

FEES: If you like what you see, the first step is a credit and reference check. This I charge £50 for (each person). Once you pay this, it secures your place in the queue. NO OTHER FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES.

The check normally takes 2-3 working days. Assuming that the report comes back positive, you will then pay the deposit and one months rent in advance to secure the room.
