Im traveling for a bit so you can either rent the room for 2 months between February and April or take the room permanently!

The flat is nice and bright & located just next to Victoria Park. It is a 15 minute walk to Bow Church, Mile End, Bethnal Green and Hackney Wick stations and is also served by the very regular no. 8 bus which stops very near and is also a 24 hour service, great for getting home after a night out.

Clean modern apartment with very large lounge/kitchen/dinning area. Plenty of space to chill out or get work done. 2 bedroom flat so only sharing with one other person. Room comes with comfy bed and a big built-in set of draws. Single clean bathroom. Flat also has a small outdoor area.

Your roommate would be a nice 26 yo male professional who likes Netflix and reading.

Flat is not a typical room rent arrangement like Sterling de Vere. Bills are not included but you do get a nice landlord, control over internet & utility providers (internet currently 36mb/s fibre) and if anything breaks its fixed within 24 hours.
