⭕ Studio Flat needed urgently with private landlord.

I am looking for a cheap studio flat to live in, either in Essex or east London (closer to east London the better).

I am a professional male, working a 9-5 office job as an assistant facilities manager (my hours are usually longer).

I will be an extremely quiet tenant and with a background of plumbing and building you wont have me bugging you to repair small items in the house as i could undertake this myself.

Also due to my line of work i have many contacts in the building industry, i can get any works done for good competitive prices which again i would not mind forking out off my own back providing i get a cheap rate for rent.

I have done military services before and I pride myself on organisation and cleanliness, so i will look after your property well.

I am T-total and do not smoke either, so there wont be any drunken/lively parties, or any gatherings at all.

Not too fussed about current condition the property is in as providing you are okay with it i can decorate it and save you the hassle.

All in all i am a good tenant just looking for a small place to live for the next couple of years.
