Im selling my little town house in the center of a small town in Cianciana. The weather is quite dry and warm so its not humid or too cold in the winter. The food is great. The town is filled with a large community of expats now as the estate market in Sicily is not as expensive as in Honk Kong or New York, or Rome.
Youre also welcome to rent and try it for a month or as you see it fit. The house is listed also on Airbnb services and TripAdvisor.

The house is close to a clinic, supermarket, school, gas station, so basic things you need to live.

Cianciana is a small but very friendly town and quite safe of the city buzzles and robberies. You have a very good tasty food, olive oil and wine. So, if you really want to live a Dolce Vita, then Ciancianas stone, cheap and strong houses are way to go.
Forget about the stereotype of mafia ect, its all nonsense. People are extremely friendly, they dont come after you, on the contrary they try to help you if you need help.

Were close to the filming sets of famous movie Oscar Winning CINEMA PARADISO and Malena, close to Palazzo Adriano, Cefalu, Noto, Modica ect.
