WANTED: Room In Friendly , Quiet House / Flat


⭕ Hi,

I need a room from 18/12/16 to 17/01/17 and yes that includes the xmas period.

It must be sharing with someone who is quiet , friendly and thoughtful like I am and have use of kitchen / bathroom / wi-fi and washing machine. Also a FREE parking space nearby is essential.

Im a 49 year old, single male, nice quiet genuine guy and can supply references. I havent got much money and can not pay ridiculous deposits etc.

So, if you have a spare room, in a decent area and want to make yourself some easy extra money of Christmas... then Im your man! I can pay upto £600 and it would be cash, up front. I would need to see you, the place and have keys in my hand before parting with any cash... so all you scammers out there... look else where please.
