The NordicTrack T9 Si treadmill can be used by people weighing up to 135kg and can go to speeds of up to 20 KPH with a 2.25 CHP commercial grade motor. Its belts dimensions are 51 cm x 140 cm. Comfort - This treadmill comes with the patented DuraStride 3 adjustable cushioning absorption system which makes it very easy on your joints. Many people find it impossible to run because of the impact on their joints. This system makes running and getting a better cardio workout possible to those who may not have been able to before due to joint stress. You can adjust the amount of cushioning you need for the best comfort. The T9 Si also comes with a CoolAire workout fan built right onto the console so that you can feel nice and fresh while training on the T9 Si.
Easy to Use -- This treadmill was built to be used by everyday people without having to read a manual. The console is easily read due to its red LED lighted display that tells you your speed, distance, time, calories burned, incline and heart rate. The T9 Si also features the One-Touch incline system which allows you to up your workout difficulty by adding incline to your treadmill workout without having to skim through various buttons or stop walking and adjust the treadmill manually.

The biggest feature that many users want that is included with this treadmill is the iFit SD workout card technology. The iFit workouts are preprogrammed interactive workouts loaded onto an SD card that you can buy according to your needs whether you are trying to lose weight or train for a marathon. These cards are like having a personal trainer telling you how fast to go and what to do next.
The T9 Si itself comes with 16 preprogrammed workouts with varying speeds and inclines. You can also create and save two of your favorite workouts to keep programmed into the treadmill to reuse automatically whenever you choose at the push of a button. Another important technological feature that helps you keep track of your peak level of workout is the EKG grip pulse built into the handlebars that allow you to display your heart rate on the LED console to let you know whether you should speed up or slow down for maximum fat burn.
