⭕ This set of Solex 40PI carburetors has been remanufactured and restored per the Level 3 service option for Webers and are as new and period correct for their time of manufacture. They sit on intake manifolds with the design revision of .02. During the course of production of Solex equipped 911 engines there were four design revisions of the manifolds and these were sequential from the .00 through the .03 design revision. Typically these manifolds are corroded or broken resulting in currently available sets of Solexes having un-matched intake manifolds. The .02 design revision would most likely been appropriate for the 1965 year model 911 although these will install and work on any of the Solex engines. The manifold part numbers with the .02 revision suffix is visible in the photographs.

These have been meticulously restored/remanufactured to have period correct components and finishes. Jetting is per the 1965 factory recommendations and has been verified to be matched for use with todays fuels on stock 2.0 engines of 1965 configuration.

These have been test run on the Performance Oriented test engine and the following items checked/adjusted:
•mixture screws set
•float levels set
•idle speed stop screws adjusted
•air flow balance between throttle valves set
•accelerator injection amounts set
•bodies and fittings checked for leaks
