1765 INDENTURE Revolutionary War Era King George III American History

⭕ Hi , Im proud to be given the opportunity by my grandmother to offer a truly precious piece of colonial American history for your consideration. I guess its like a legal contract but its called a indenture and its on vellum made of sheepskin. Were not sure exactly what it is but heres what we do know. Its from 1765, just 11 years before America claimed their independence from Brittain. It refers to king George the third in the opening sentences and bears a red wax seal, a bluish grey sixpence shilling and a stamp, as well as signatures of the Kings appointed tax recorders and concerned parties. It is difficult to read and understand the English writing and terms used but appears to be a deed concerning land. My grandmother says its very rare and significant due to the shilling being a nearly non existent prototype of what Brittain wanted to use to tax the paper used by American colonists. My grandma says the time has come to part with this special heirloom. Therefore we extend this once in a lifetime opportunity to the collectors market of early Americana historical documents and numismatic enthusiasts alike. The document is located in southern California where it can be viewed by potential buyers in a professional and strictly secure manner. If a deal is agreed upon the transfer of funds will take place at the sellers bank and a thorough verification process will be mandatory. Im sorry for the lack of information regarding this indenture as I am no expert on these but Im very good at answering questions and providing requested information so please dont refrain from asking any question you may have.
