⭕ This is the Franklin Mint Centennial Car Silver Ingot Collection celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the automobile and includes one-hundred (100) sterling silver ingots in excellent condition each depicting a different car. Oh--and it is pretty amazing.

The reverse side of the ingots has information about the car pictured on the other side.

This great set was minted in limited edition between the years 1973-1978. The set also includes a simulated leather bound book describing the cars pictured on each silver ingot.


Each sterling silver Ingot weighs 1000 grains or 2.08 troy ounces and measures 2.2 x 1.2. The set measures in at 100,000 grains or 208 troy ounces of sterling silver or 192.4 ounces of pure silver. This set has been stored for almost 35 years.

The ingots are in fantastic, like new condition but the oak chest is scuffed and has some shelf wear. Leatherette book cover is also considerably warped from the heat of being inside the chest.
