⭕ ORIGINAL WWII AAF, An 6510 parachute with silk in immaculate condition and packed at Moody AFB. The chute has not been disturbed for over 65 years until about a week ago. This parachute was worn by my uncle in his piloting days in WWII. The chute is complete to my knowledge and what I know the chute needs for proper working. The lead rip cord seal for the cotton tether is still intact . The silk has never been touched after checking in at Moody AFB, as per record in the log book dated 08/05/43. As you can see there are no rust marks on any part of the packing or clips. There is only one minor stain on the first L of T D Mitchell as per picture. The log book is correct and also in immaculate condition, with 5 other entries on two other pages of the book. This Parachute will be the first and last you will need to by for memorabilia or reenactments, IT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.
