⭕ This listing is for a vintage used Hensoldt Dialytan Rifle Scope. I dont know a lot about this scope, but I believe it is a WWII Period German Sniper Scope. The scope is 10 7/8 in length, it measures 1 1/2 across both bells, it has what I believe is a 3 post reticle which can be raised or lowered by using the knob on top of scope body and it is marked - Dialytan - 7586X - bmj. The mounts look like some kind of quick release set-up, they are marked 671X. Scope and mounts are of heavy steel construction, they retain about 60 to 70 percent of original finish with some spots of light surface rust. Lenses appear clear with no noticed cracks or damage. I noticed a small ding in right outer edge of rear bell, but it is small (see photo). I cleaned the lenses to determine clarity and wiped the steel tube with a treated rag to prevent rust, any other cleaning will be left for the new owner.
