Vintage Guitar magazine recently did a article on Olivers vast guitar / amp collection. Oliver counts among his many credits Paula Abduls huge selling records Opposites Attract, Forever Your Girl & (Its Just) The Way That You Love Me. Oliver wrote , played guitar and produced the hits on the record. Oliver also broke the group The Corrs as a writer and producer. He also toured extensively with Rod Stewart. Oliver is pairing down his vast collection to help fund a new studio hes building. Heres a chance to pick up some tried and proven gear !

Olivers 1959 Gibson Les Paul Custom Guitar weighs in at 9. 8 pounds. Great weight ! This is a very resonant guitar. Unplugged it has a great sustain , a sign of a good piece of wood. This 59 Les Paul Custom blows away the 59 Custom presently on e-bay. This guitar is much cleaner. Nice glossy finish with no fading. Hasnt had a refret. Pickups are of course the PAFs. Only question we have is if the tuners are original. There is no extra holes nor is there any shadow or tell tale sign of other tuners being on the guitar. These Grovers have the wear to support they are the originals. All original screws / parts. Nice even patina on the pickup covers. This is one nice collectable 1959 Gibson Les Paul.


This Les Paul comes in its original Lifton case which is great shape. All latches working soundly , lining is in great shape.
