⭕ This is a Bach Stradivarius trumpet in C-large bore,bell model 229.Serial number is 9572.According to our research, we believe that it was built in 1953.It is a Mt Vernon,NY model.All of the slides move freely and the valves work very well.It has one repair on the bell by the third valve where it wore through (very well done metal band).This is a silver trumpet with the finish in very good condition.There is some minor pitting where the instrument is held by the left hand.Included is a Bach 3C mouthpiece and the original hard case.
Also,this is the original case and its in pretty good shape for the age.It is still solid and has both Bach plates-one outside and one inside.The latches work and hold fine-the springs are old and the latches need a little assistance but do still work.
