MOTHER OF PEARL AND/OR ABALONE INLAY WORK ALONG THE FINGERBOARD AND ESPECIALLY, THE PEGHEAD. APPEARS TO BE AN EBONY FINGERBOARD. THE NECK REMAINS STRAIGHT AND HASNT SUFFERED IN ANY WAY FROM TIME OR STORAGE. THERE IS IVORLINE OR, SIMILAR MATERIAL BORDERING THE FINGERBOARD AND ALSO AT BASE OF PEGBOARD.
