Vintage 1959 1960 Gibson Dot ES330 335

⭕ AMAZING Vintage 1959 1960 Gibson dot ES330 335 100% NoR
Superb OHSC lifton brown pink lining all 1959 parts NoR

This sale is for a BEAUTIFUL vintage original Gibson dot neck ES-330 finished in very clean tobacco sunburst with original Bigsby (rare for a 330) and superb original brown/pink hard case have a look at the photos, I really think you would be hard pressed to find one as good as this...!

It really is in cool condition and as far as I can tell it is totally 100% original apart from the strings and one bridge saddle - have a look at the photos and see for yourselves. There are just a few small marks, some small dings on the headstock, and some marks on the back plus some fine lacquer checking all over apart from that it is really excellent condition.

There are just two small issues I should tell you about, there is a missing dot marker at the 15th fret and one of the saddles has been replaced with what looks like a later, mid-60s nylon saddle. It also looks as if someone has tried to polish the pickguard with something that has slightly discoloured some of the top of the plastic but this is not too bad.

All parts as far as I can tell are 1959 and are all original to this guitar - it is one of the rare 1959 330s that have not been raided by the parts monkeys. There is a FON number inside but it is too faded to read all pots and wiring are original and include the original 1959 bumble bee caps, the 2 pots that I can read are dated to the 38th week of 1959 and the other 2 are probably the same date as they have never been off the original wiring harness.

Case is a wonderful, original brown pink which will also fit a 335 and is one of the rare ones that Gibson made a plaque for the shop that sold it. Apparently they used to do this for the stores that sold a lot of Gibsons back in the 50s 60s.

It plays very well and even sounds excellent with a great variety of sounds from the double, strong P-90s. It is set up very well, there is very little fret wear on the original frets and hardly any wear on the fingerboard too. There are absolutely no headstock breaks or cracks or repairs on the guitar at all, you can see this clearly in the close up pictures and it is all solid as a rock. It has been blacklighted and this bears this out.

It is not very often you see 1959/60 Gibsons as nice as this and I can assure you it will be a long time before you see another!
