Location: M14 4PQ, MOSS COURT. Next to Whitworth park, Tesco/Lidl. 20 minute walk away from both universities/ 5 minute walk away from bus stops to take you north to city centre/campus or south to fallowfields/airport.

Key fob to enter building, lock on room door, cameras around property.
Car-park/bike shed.
Available to move in ASAP - Minimum 3 months contract, can be extended.
Contract will be signed with CRM Students - A reputable student housing company.
A deposit of £400 will be required - You will receive this back at the end of your tenancy.
CRM is currently charging me £110 a week. However, because my course has ended for the year I am looking to find a replacement to take my contract. With that in mind, I am willing to pay *HALF* of your rent if you take the contract. I can pay this directly to CRM before you move in, you would be agreeing to pay the last 45days of the tenancy. That is equal to £55 rent a week!
If you wish to extend your tenancy at Moss Court until after July, you can do so. However, the price will increase to Moss Courts asking price as I will not be able to contribute.
