⭕ Completely machined by our ultra modern machines- no short cuts , all surfaces machined then high pressure washed and cleaned, NEW pistons are precisely fitted and plateau diamond honed. Crankshafts are remanufactured back to factory specs with all new bearings, new oil pump, fuel systems are completely cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaner then computer re-calibrated. All electronics are inspected and tested as well as the trim system. The lower unit gets disasembled then factory clearences are checked along with all internal parts then its reasembled with new seals and waterpump. New themostats, paint and decals, etc. Then we run your motor under power in our outboard test cell and is put it a through a preliminary break-in so when you receive your motor its ready to go boating.
