EARLY COLOR TV Motorola 1950s Television Model 19CT1

⭕ ALL ORIGINAL Motorola model 19CT1B color television, circa 1954/1955.I just purchased this from the estate of the original owner who passed away.Until yesterday it had apparently been in the same house since purchased new in the mid 1950s.The set was stored in an unused bedroom. The wooden legs were removed and stored inside of the cabient. They were wrapped with newspaper dated 1960,so I would assume that the set hasnt been used since the early 60s.
The set has a 19picture tube.According to a TV museum website this is very rare as most were converted to a larger 21tube.Their website can be viewed at: http://www.earlytelevision.org/motorola_19ct1.html I also found the website of a TV collector who has a set with a 19picture tube.He claims that only two other examples with 19tubes are known to exist.
This is a large heavy set.The cabinet measures 29.5x 26.5and is 42.5tall including the legs.It probably weighs about 150 pounds(this is just a guess based on how heavy it feels to me when picking it up)
The set is completely untouched, just as I found it.I rubbed some pledge on the cabinet and cleaned the front glass with some glass cleaner, othrewise nothing was done to it.I did not and will not plug it in as I do not want to risk damaging any of the electronic components by doing so.The set is untested and sold as is.
Cosmetically it is in excellent condition. The top panel has a couple of small circles that are brownish in color. Also the top has a few scratches and a few areas towards the back where the finish is peeling a little. The rest of the cabinet is near mint with no such problems.I do not see any broken or damaged parts. The chasis looks complete and untouched. There is a thick undisturbed layer of dust all over the chasis and inside of the cabinet.
