⭕ 1856 Antique Tiffany & Co Sterling Tureen w/Lid & Tray 1856

We have here a Sterling Silver Large Tureen made by Tiffany & Company. This one is a beauty. It includes a Tureen, a Lid that fits tightly and a matching Tray. Each piece has a Greek Key border. The Tureen and Lid have a beaded border as well with the Trays feet including some beaded edges.The handles on the Tureen are Lions heads holding a Sterling handle that pivots in the grasp of its teeth. The Lion motif is also carried out on the side of the lid as well. The Tray has a very lovely and highly detailed hand chased pattern with a small bouquet of flowers in the center.

Condition: Very Good. They could use a little polishing. There are light surface marks from light usage. There are a couple of minor dings in the bowl area of the tureen.
